1. Who is responsible for your data

La Maleta Invisible is the migration grief mentoring project of Yarima García, based in São Paulo, Brazil. She is the controller of the personal data you share through this website. You can write tolamaletainvisble@gmail.comwith any privacy question.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email and the message you write.
• Session booking: name, email, chosen date and time and, if you provide it, the reason for the consultation.
• Downloadable resources: name and email you leave to receive the material.
• Testimonials: name, short description and the text you submit, published only after review.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your messages.
• To create the calendar event, generate the Google Meet link and send you the confirmation and reminders.
• To send you the resources you requested and, if you agreed, related communications.
• To publish approved testimonials.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Use of Google data

For booking, this website connects only to La Maleta Invisible's own Google Calendar in order to check availability and create your session event with its Google Meet link. We do not access any visitor's Google account. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers

To operate, the website uses third-party services that process data on our behalf:

• Google (Calendar and Meet) for bookings.
• Resend for sending emails.
• Supabase for storing testimonials and subscriptions.
• Vercel for hosting the website.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it for, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and equivalent regulations, you may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. Write tolamaletainvisble@gmail.com.
